About Us

Our Lady of the Assumption & St Meddan is a Roman Catholic Church based in the coastal town of Troon, on the west coast of Scotland.

 Part of the Diocese of Galloway, we serve the town of Troon, including surrounding areas of Barassie, Loans & Dundonald, as well as St Partick's Primary School (https://blogs.glowscotland.org.uk/sa/stpatricksps/) and Queen Margaret Academy. 

Our Parish Priest is Fr Willie Boyd, who joined us from St Mary's in Irvine

PARISH FEAST DAY - The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

  • Mass 11.15am  

  • "Strawberry Cream Tea" for parishioners  in the hall/garden after Mass ​​
